FRAUD!

Reported by Ron Blitzer at DailyNewz, Eric Schneiderman, Attorney General of New York State had this to say about Trump University……

“It’s fraud.  This is straight up fraud! It’s like selling people something you say is a Mercedes and it turns out to be a Volkswagen.  And even if some people say “Well, I actually kind of like the Volkswagen,” it’s still fraud because it’s not a Mercedes.”

He also quoted Michael Sexton, President of Trump University as saying that Trump had nothing to do with selecting the so-called “hand-picked instructors.” And he had nothing to do with the curriculum that was supposed to reflect his real estate acumen.

But in NY State, being Aaron Blakey, a 42 year old, well-educated bachelor whose career in finance spans 20+ years, when you’re actually Tom Frampton, a married high school dropout, is not a crime!

What’s wrong with this picture! And what will it take to straighten it out? 

Changing laws requires cases that make a point! Society listens when victims are harmed but cannot seek justice under the current rules and regulations.
