Ivana Trump clearly described a rape incident in her divorce deposition, during which, she was sworn to tell the truth. Here’s what she claimed………

Donald Trump had undergone painful scalp reduction surgery (to close a bald spot.) And Ivana’s plastic surgeon had performed the operation. Trump was in a great deal of pain. She reported that he screamed, “Your fucking doctor has ruined me!” Then he held back her arms as he ripped fistfuls of hair from her head, tore off her clothes, unzipped his pants and jammed his penis inside her for the first time in 16 months.

Following the incident, she ran upstairs, hid behind a locked door and cried all night.

The next morning, she returned to the master bedroom and saw the ripped-out hair lying on the bed. “Does it hurt?” Trump asked, mockingly.

Not only does Trump deny the allegation, he also denies he had scalp reduction surgery.

Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen tried to damage-control the incident by saying- “She felt raped emotionally,” ….. as if someone who was raped would feel differently? Where are his brains? Of course she felt raped. That’s how people feel when they’re raped!

Cohen said there is no such thing as a man raping his wife, even though the marital rape exception was struck down in NY in 1984, long before the incident took place in the late 80s. The federal government followed suit in 1993. Never-the less- Cohen ridiculously summarized, in 2016, “By definition, you can’t rape your spouse.”

When the distribution of assets is at stake, and no matter what, you’re freeing yourself from a man who heinously defiled you, there’s simply no sense in being anything but magnanimous about it. Sending him to jail would harm you financially as well as harming your kids. You’d be shooting yourself in the foot.  And we’ve all seen how ruthlessly Donald Trump tears his opposition apart. Why would someone who was escaping his cruelty, with a $15MM divorce settlement along with other perks, and whose children are his heirs, want to add to the hostility; putting yours and your children’s finances in jeopardy?

Here’s what Ivana said once the ink was dry on their divorce decree… “As a woman, I felt violated, as the love and tenderness, which he normally exhibited towards me, was absent. I referred to this as a ‘rape,’ but I do not want my words to be interpreted in a literal or criminal sense.”

It’s apparent that Ivana Trump did not want herself or her children to have to travel through the minefield of a rape trial. She failed to pursue criminal charges against Trump, but his behavior, which she described in great detail, under oath, was a violent act of rape. There simply is no such thing as “not being raped in a criminal way,” as she claimed.

Donald Trump could put society’s concerns about his character to rest by submitting to a lie detector test on this issue and by publicly waiving any restrictions preventing the surgeon from releasing information about procedures that he performed. Ivanna could also help society by taking a lie detector test.

Betcha neither of them will do so.
