For Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards
This slippery eel has evaded capture by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Department for several weeks. His latest “catfished” victim alleges she was romance scammed and suffered steep financial losses by meeting him on the internet. He used Plenty of Fish to locate her. Several warrants have been issued for his arrest:
- Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards
- Violation of Second-Hand Dealer
- Unlawful Possession of Credit Cards
Do not attempt to apprehend this man. If you have any information about his whereabouts, if you run into him on an e-dating site, or if you were previously targeted by him, please contact me right away at StopRomanceScams@yahoo.com.

Addendum: Ken Vayo was apprehended. He was allowed to plea- bargain and entered a guilty plea to the charge of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. He was ordered to make restitution.

The issue here is not the victim’s relationship with her son, her ability to care for her father, or her own mental health. The issue here is not a case of jealous ex-girlfriend, either. The issue is a man not being truthful about himself and leading a vulnerable woman on and taking advantage of her and her elderly father. No amount of badmouthing by the “anonymous” will change that fact. Unfortunately, this was not the first woman he had done this to, nor do I think it will be the last. Now that he is free again, I pity the next unlikely victim he sets his sights on.

When a person uses an alias, they block the due-diligence that would disclose they’re an ex-con. Allegedly, Vayo used the name Ken Matthews instead of his real name. When people see profiles on Plenty of Fish or any other site, they should use the Google photo search to determine other places the photo appears.

This is not the front cover page of this blog. This page is a post that was made in an effort to apprehend him. It’s dated May 24th, and indeed, he was wanted at that time.
If you read further down the post the addendum states he was apprehended and that he pleaded guilty to the crime. If he doesn’t want his actions to become public, he should stop committing crimes. It’s that simple. Criminal behavior is public domain.
You’ll notice that I removed considerable negative and offensive comments about him where other bloggers might have left them intact.
That is because he was caught, I agree it should change to captured, plea agreement with victim restitution reached.
Plea agreement with victim is incorrect. The plea agreement was made with the prosecutor. This was a criminal offense. He pleaded guilty to a crime! It was not a civil trial.
Caught, captured, same thing. He was arrested and thrown in jail. The addendum at the end of the post states the outcome.
Why post comments as anonymous? We all know who you are and what you did. Move on with your life and leave it alone. By attacking your victim all you do is show what a narsacist you are. It’s all public information. This isn’t his first rodeo . This is what he does, preys on women and most currently a disabled veteran. He steals, lies and cheats. Its unfortunate but he will never change. He’s angry with his victims because he got caught. My advice to both men and women in today’s world please be very careful. Not everyone is truly who they try to perceive them selves as.

For what? Every word of this post is backed by documented and credible information.Ken Vayo was indeed arrested after evading arrest for several months. I’ve reported facts that are in the public domain. A frivolous lawsuit can cost the perpetrator significant losses and additional exposure.
You may want too look at the court records again! Will be a law suit coming..
If you provide valid information that conflicts with the post, I will remove it. This post states that there were charges and warrants issued against Ken Vayo, and that he averted arrest. All of that information is true, no?
My source indicates that ultimately, he was arrested. Some of the charges were dropped and the judge agreed to “time served” on the remainder.
It is not rare for plea bargains to reduce charges. If you have credible information to the contrary on this issue, I’m happy to listen or correct what is written.

I agree, this anonymous is definitely Kenneth John Vayo, For one he can’t spell, and his message context is a dead giveaway. If he put in half the effort to being a hard working law abiding citizen he’d be a success instead of hurting innocent people and ruining his life. For every action there is a consequence KenNetherlands Vayo. Get off the dating sites and get a job if you can so you can pay your restitution. 🙁
