For Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards
This slippery eel has evaded capture by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Department for several weeks. His latest “catfished” victim alleges she was romance scammed and suffered steep financial losses by meeting him on the internet. He used Plenty of Fish to locate her. Several warrants have been issued for his arrest:
- Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards
- Violation of Second-Hand Dealer
- Unlawful Possession of Credit Cards
Do not attempt to apprehend this man. If you have any information about his whereabouts, if you run into him on an e-dating site, or if you were previously targeted by him, please contact me right away at StopRomanceScams@yahoo.com.

Addendum: Ken Vayo was apprehended. He was allowed to plea- bargain and entered a guilty plea to the charge of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. He was ordered to make restitution.
